Shipping and delivery

Shipping methods

When placing your order, you have to select a shipping method. We offer the following shipping methods:

  • PostNL: your order is shipped by the Dutch postal service. Outside the Netherlands, the order is shipped by the local partners of PostNL.
  • Pickup at our workshop: we set apart your order at our workshop in Utrecht, the Netherlands and you can pick it up during our opening hours. Please notify us, so you will not find a closed door, or to ensure that the product still has to come from an external warehouse.

 Please note that oars, slings, rowing bikes and boats cannot be send with PostNL. We are happy to co-operate with or think about an alternative shipping method.

 

Shipping costs

We charge shipping costs for shipments with PostNL. These consist of postage and handling costs. The figure is based on the rates charged by PostNL.
We always try to keep shipping costs as low as possible. When you want to make an additional order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Often, your order can be extendend without additional shipping costs.

 

Delivery

Delivery in the Netherlands usually takes place within two working days. PostNL will try to deliver at your delivery address several times, if you're not home. After three days, the package will be left at a PostNL collection office. You can collect your order within the next two weeks.

Delivery outside the Netherlands usually takes place between two and ten working days. Within the EU, delivery time is typically three days. The final delivery time depends on the speed with which the local PostNL partner processes the shipment

After dispatching your order, we send you the Track & Trace information. You can follow your parcel to see at which day and time the parcel is delivered at your delivery address. If you do not receive Track & Trace information after ordering, your order has been sent in an envelope. You are then not required to receive the order in person.

Are you not sure if you can be home at any delivery time? Then, you should add a delivery address that is open during office hours, where someone can sign for the parcel, for example your office.

Item out of stock

We strive to send your order one working day after receiving your order. If an item is out of stock, we send forward them on to you as soon as possible.

 

Checking your delivery

Please check the parcel after delivery. Any defects should be reported as soon as possible.
